Supplies: Balloon, buttons, glue
Step 1: Inflate the balloon (Don't use helium)
Step 2: Arrange buttons on top of balloon in desired way. If you want, make another layer of buttons on top of that one.
Step 3: Use something to hold the buttons that way. Glue the buttons together. DON'T glue to the balloon.
Step 4: After the glue dries, take bowl off balloon.
You probably want something to hold the balloon upright. You don't have to use a balloon, you could use a ball or other round object. You could glue the buttons to the balloon and have a really pretty balloon. Any way, this looks nice. It would be a good bowl to have on your living room table holding nuts or candy or something.
